The aim of the trip is to introduce medicinal, aromatic herbs and wild vegetables in Istria. Wild plants is botanically recognizable and an integral part of the Mediterranean and continental cuisine. Wild wild vegetables, aromatic herbs and spices and herbs that grow in our area can be visually familiar to direct the release into the wild, and later taste the cuisine and thereby expand the culinary horizon, but our guests to provide greater satisfaction in discovering new tastes, odor and values familiar plants.
